RAM-Only, No-Logs Architecture
Because our system operates on a RAM-only basis and does not maintain server logs, IP address records, or file archives, we do not possess data to hand over, even if legally compelled to do so.
We cannot provide what we do not have.
Warrant Canary
A warrant canary is a statement confirming that we have not been served with a secret government subpoena. As long as this text remains on this page, the following statements are true:
- We have received 0 National Security Letters.
- We have received 0 Gag Orders.
- We have received 0 Warrants from any government organization.
Legal Requests & Subpoenas
While we cooperate with law enforcement to the extent legally required, our architecture makes historical data retrieval impossible.
- Subpoenas: If we receive a subpoena for a user's uploaded file or IP address, our response will be:"We have no responsive records."
- Seizure: Since no files are written to disk, seizing our physical or virtual servers would yield no user data, only the operating system and application code.
