Font-Converters.com provides free online font conversion services, allowing users to convert font files between various formats (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2, EOT, SVG, DFONT, PFB).

The Service includes font format conversion, CSS code generation, font subsetting, and batch processing capabilities. All processing occurs in server RAM, and files are not permanently stored.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Convert fonts you do not have rights to use
• Circumvent font licensing or DRM protections
• Distribute converted fonts in violation of their licenses
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use automated systems to overload our servers
• Resell or commercially redistribute our Service

We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-uploaded fonts), is owned by Font-Converters.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to fonts you upload. We do not claim ownership of any fonts processed through our Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Converted fonts will be compatible with all software or platforms
• All font features will be preserved during conversion
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

While we strive for high-quality conversions, some font features may not transfer perfectly between all format combinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Font-Converters.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or omissions in converted fonts
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Font licensing disputes or infringement claims

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for our free service).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Font-Converters.com, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including font licenses

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
